Trouble Tickets are submitted for routine and emergency problem/trouble calls (e.g. lights out, plugged faucets/drains, roof leaks, fire alarms, smell of gas, etc.)
- Email EMN Administration and include, building, room, detail of issue.
- If it's an emergency, contact (951) 827-4214 or facilities@ucr.edu / Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Mon - Fri. and notify your PI.
- If it's an emergency, after-hours, weekends, or holiday, call: (951) 827-4677 and then notify your PI.
- If you would like to submit a non-emergency, routine (e.g. lights out, plugged faucets/drains, roof leaks, fire alarms, smell of gas, etc.) Trouble Ticket on your own, you can do so on Facilities Services please make sure you enter your PI and Estella Davalos as a Watchers and click the small notification box next to their names (how-to video).
